Children's Christmas Program "Christmas Means Jesus!"
The Sunday School students of First Lutheran presented their Christmas Program on Sunday December 21st. This year's program followed the story of two young siblings who argued over the true meaning of Christmas. Their wise grandmother helped them see the true meaning of Christmas through stories, scripture and help from some Christmas Carolers. Sunday school classes are held every Sunday from 10:25am-11:15am.

Sanctuary Choir Performs Christmas Cantata
On Sunday, December 14th the First Lutheran Sanctuary Choir performed it's annual Christmas Cantata, "Hope Has Dawned, Noel!" composed by Mary McDonald with a String Quintet. Members of the Quintet consisted of professors from Illinois State University and Illinois Wesleyan University. To listen to the performance, you can view the video below.
