Today, nearly 60 people came together at First Lutheran Church to share in a Thanksgiving potluck that was filled with good food, good company, and genuine fellowship. It was the largest potluck we’ve had this year, and the joy in the room matched the size of the crowd.
Families and friends shared a meal, played games, laughed together, and took time to enjoy one another. Moments like these continue to remind us how blessed we are as a community and how important it is to pause, gather, and celebrate the gifts God places in our lives.
A heartfelt thank-you to everyone who helped plan, prepare, and serve today’s event. Your time and generosity made this gathering possible, and we are grateful.
As we move into the holiday season, may we continue to remember what we are truly called to give thanks for.
“Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; his love endures forever.” — Jesus, Matthew 19:17 (referencing the goodness of God)
Happy Thanksgiving from First Lutheran Church. May gratitude continue to shape our hearts in the days ahead.
